Chabahar Power Plant, with a capacity of 415 MW, has been in operation since 1387 and transfers generated

power to the grid through a 230 kV GIS substation. With the construction of a steam unit to convert the gas

plant to combined cycle, a substation expansion was required. Based on the design, this was done through

modifications to the existing GIS substation and the addition of one AIS feeder; responsibility for this work

rested with Rastak Pouya.
