Dalahoo Combined Cycle Power Plant includes two gas units and one steam unit with a capacity of 900 MW.

It is among Iran’s first thermal plants using Class F turbine technology and was built near Islamabad-e

Gharb in Kermanshah Province with investment by Farab. Rastak Pouya was responsible for installing and

commissioning the plant’s electrical BOP.

Scope included installation and commissioning of approximately 160 cells of MV, LV, battery-charger and

AC/DC panels; control-system panels; calibration, installation, testing and commissioning of instrumentation

equipment and control valves; about 160 km of cabling; cable tray and ladder installation; cathodic

protection; fire alarm; telephone, paging and LAN systems; heat tracing; two diesel generators; pump

alignment and free run; and supervision of utility-unit commissioning such as fuel system, water supply,

auxiliary boiler and auxiliary cooling.
